Our Story

Bringing the charm of Parisian mornings to Prior Lake

We started LoadTest Cold Brew 0 with a simple mission: to slow down. Inspired by the quiet, sun-drenched hours of Parisian boutique cafés, we wanted to create a space in Minnesota where coffee isn't rushed, but celebrated.

Every batch of our signature cold brew is steeped for 18 hours to extract the smoothest, richest flavor profile possible. We partner with local Midwest roasters who share our obsession with origin, roast profiles, and fair trade practices.
